Ronald G. Farrell, co-Founder, Vice Chairman and CEO of Stratos Management Systems Inc. resigns.

Ronald G. Farrell, co-Founder, Vice Chairman and CEO of Stratos Management Systems Inc. (Stratos) announced today February 12, 2013 his resignation effective immediately.

Mr. Farrell had been retained by Stratos to head up the companies M&A activities and to build Stratos into a major IT Management Services company. Stratos was founded on February 12, 2012 and during its first year (2012) made two acquisitions under Farrell's leadership. Nexus Information Systems Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota on February 13, 2012 and Computex Inc. of Houston, Texas on October 18, 2012. During its first year Stratos grew to over $125m revenue run rate with offices in five states.

Having completed the acquisition plan in just ten months and setting Stratos up to reach its goal of $200m in revenue by 2015, Farrell resigned his positions with the company and is now pursuing new opportunities through his firm RGF Capital, LLC.

Farrell said he is still compensated by Stratos and remains available to assist the company when ever needed. Farrell continues to retain an equity interest in Stratos.
