Ronald G. Farrell

The Chairman/CEO and founder of RGF Capital, LLC (RGF) and through RGF Investments and RG Farrell Inc both having been founded in 1985 has over 40 years of experience in financial/business consulting, private placements, public offerings, venture capital, private equity transactions, and roll up transactions. Mr. Farrell has personally directed the acquisition or sale of over 40 companies and five public offerings in his 40 year career.

2021

  • RGF Capital, LLC was an original investor in Stratos, LLC which merged with AVC Technologies, INC. in 2020

  • Now trades on NASD as AVC Technologies, Inc.

  • IPO was through a SPAC merger transaction

2020

  • Moved RGF Capital, LLC, headquarters to Naples, FL

  • Advisor to BlueAlly, LLC in sale to a company formed by Source Capital, LLC

  • Advisor to BlueAlly Hold Co. in purchase of Virtual Graffiti, an IT Managed Service Co.

  • Advisor to ISG Insurance Co. in its sale to NFP Corp.

  • Entered into Consulting Agreement with BlueAlly Technology Solutions, LLC
